Dr Syapiq Long
Dr. Syapiq Long is an early career Medical Oncologist who began working at the Manning Cancer Care Services in August 2024. Dr. Long specializes in the treatment of breast, lung, skin, gastrointestinal, and head and neck cancers. Graduating from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Dr. Long moved to Australia in 2015 and underwent training as a Medical Oncologist at Calvary Mater Newcastle. Further honing expertise, Dr. Long served as a Fellow at both Nepean Hospital and Breast Cancer Trials. With a strong commitment to advancing the field, Dr. Long maintains close ties with Breast Cancer Trials, underscoring a keen interest in research. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Long is passionate about teaching, sharing knowledge, and fostering the next generation of medical professionals, contributing significantly to both patient care and academic excellence.
