The 2025 Practical Update features two concurrent streams providing targeted, hands-on education to support your continuing professional development.
Each stream offers practical, skills-based sessions delivered by experienced clinicians:
• Option One: Topics include Emergency Medicine, Rashes, and ECG Interpretation.
• Option Two: Sessions will cover Dermatoscopy, Wound Management, and Bracing, Taping & Casting.
Participants will select one session per time slot from either stream, allowing flexibility to tailor the day to individual learning needs.

How to create an Aboriginal friendly environment for Aboriginal workers and clients
Awareness of protocols when working in and with Aboriginal communities
What are the benefits of employing Aboriginal people and Reconciliation for all Australians
Professional and Regulatory Obligations of Practitioners in General Practice will cover: Regulatory responsibility when performing invasive procedures; Work within designated scope of practice and Professional indemnity insurance obligations to maintain practise
