This course is designed to equip primary care professionals with the knowledge and hands-on skills necessary to safely manage earwax (cerumen)
and identify common ear pathologies.
How it works:
Attend the practical session and be signed off as competent
Then complete the online module to receive your Certificate of Completion
LEARNING OUTCOME
- Learn to recognise ear anatomy and pathology
- Understand wax removal methods and assess risks
- Safely perform ear irrigation
- Communicate procedures and risks clearly to patients
- Document procedures thoroughly in patient records
