Dr Paolo D’Ambrosio, Cardiac Electrophysiologist


Dr Paolo D’Ambrosio is a Cardiac Electrophysiologist who performs ablations for both simple and complex cardiac arrhythmias (including Pulsed Field Ablation for Atrial Fibrillation) and cardiac device implantation (including Conduction System Pacing).

Following medical school and Cardiology training, he completed two Electrophysiology fellowships at RPA Hospital in Sydney and Royal Melbourne Hospital. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Cardiac Electrophysiology, has presented at both national and international conferences, and has authored many peer-reviewed publications. Currently in the final stages of his PhD, Dr D’Ambrosio’s research focuses on endurance-exercise-related arrhythmias.

Managing arrhythmias in athletes and highly active individuals
Pulsed Field Ablation for the treatment of Atrial Fibrillation; Conduction System Pacing.
